- 2 pounds of lamb chops
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- ¼ cup of white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 onion, sliced thinly
- ½ teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
- Start by mixing together all your seasonings and putting them into a bag with the lamb chops. Place that in into the refrigerator for about 2 hours. Be sure the bag has been shaken well and that the lamb has been well coated.
- Heat up your grill to a medium heat to prepare for cooking.
- Take the lamb chops out of the bag end take off any chunks of seasoning, like onions. You may discard the remainder of the marinade or save it to marinate something else.
- Some of the bones may be sticking out of your lamb chops, and those will burn while on the grill if you don’t cover them with some foil. You don’t have to cover the entire chop with foil, however.
- Cook your lamb chops on the grill until they’re done, remembering to flip them halfway through so they cook on both sides.
How Long to Grill Lamb Chops?
How do you know when your lamb chops are completely grilled and cooked all the way through? They should be dark brown on both sides when they are thoroughly cooked. If you are not sure whether your lamb chops are cooked all the way through, you can cut them open and look at the inside to see if it still needs to darken.
